1. About These Terms

yssyrh (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website. These terms apply to your use of the store and purchases made through it, along with the product details and policies shown before checkout.

2. Your Use of the Store

When placing an order, provide complete and accurate contact, payment, and delivery details. You must be legally able to place an order or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission where required.

Do not use the store for unlawful purposes or fraudulent purchases. You may not disrupt its operation or access information or systems without authorization.

3. Products and Store Information

Review a product’s description, sizing, materials, and care instructions before you buy. Colors can appear different depending on your device and display settings. Your rights remain intact if an item is defective, substantially unlike its description, or sent to you by mistake.

We work to keep product details, pricing, and availability accurate. If an error affects your order, we will explain it and tell you what options are available. We will not send a substitute product or charge you more without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will let you know and refund any payment collected for items we cannot provide.

4. Pricing and Payment

The store and checkout show the relevant price and currency. You will see applicable taxes and your final order total before paying.

Standard shipping is free for all U.S. orders. Checkout displays the available payment methods, and payments are handled by the payment providers offered there.

5. Orders and Shipping

We currently deliver only to addresses in the United States. Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 5–10 business days in transit after dispatch. These timeframes are estimates and do not guarantee a delivery date. Our Shipping Policy has more information.

To request an address correction, order change, or cancellation, email hello@yssyrh.com promptly. We will check whether we can make the change before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, the Return and Refund Policy applies.

6. Returns and Refunds

You can request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery. We pay return shipping costs and charge no restocking or return handling fee.

We will tell you the outcome after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 15 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.

7. Shopify and Personal Information

Shopify hosts this store. When you browse or buy through it, Shopify processes information to provide commerce and related services. Shopify and other service providers may process information in countries other than your own.

8. Website Content and External Services

Intellectual property rights may protect materials on this website, whether they belong to us or to third parties. Buying a product does not transfer those rights. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

A link to another service does not, on its own, mean that we are affiliated with or endorsed by that service. Review the applicable terms and privacy notice before using an external service.

9. Issues, Your Rights, and Updates

If something goes wrong with the website or an order, contact us so we can investigate and work toward a resolution. These terms do not exclude or restrict consumer rights, statutory warranties, or liabilities where doing so would be unlawful.

We may revise these terms for future use of the store. Subject to applicable law, the terms and policies shown when you place an order will continue to apply to that purchase. We will communicate material changes where required.
