Shipping policy

1. Where We Ship and What It Costs

yssyrh ships to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is free for every U.S. order. International shipping is not currently available.

2. Processing Your Order

Once your order is confirmed and payment has been completed, we normally process and dispatch it within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. This processing period does not include the carrier’s transit time.

3. Delivery Estimates

Transit after dispatch is estimated at 5–10 business days. With processing included, we aim to deliver your order within 6–12 business days of order confirmation.

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier interruptions, severe weather, holidays, or other unexpected events can delay delivery. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will share the information available to us and any resolution options required by applicable law.

5. Shipment Notifications

We will email shipment details to the address you provided when ordering. When carrier tracking is available, the shipment update will include it. The first tracking scan may take some time to appear.

6. Address Changes and Delivery Issues

Check your delivery address before submitting your order. If it needs correcting, email hello@yssyrh.com promptly. We will check whether a change is possible before dispatch.

If a package seems lost, arrives damaged, or shows as delivered but cannot be found, email hello@yssyrh.com with your order number. We will look into the matter with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable law. A carrier’s delivery status alone does not close your claim.

7. Returns

You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. We pay return shipping costs. Contact us before sending anything back so we can give you instructions and arrange shipping at our expense.
